Participant Overview and Identification

The survey is a series of sections, each taking 10 to 20 minutes and consisting of 15—30 short questions. Some are course specific and some are general so different instructiors may choose different sections. Many questions are a matter of opinion with no correct answer.

Please respond as you think you actually would react, not how you think you should. No one but you will know your responses, but they are of little use unless they reflect your candid reactions/opinions!

IF you are a faculty member "checking out" the survey, we would appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey under your own ID (email address). But you can use DEMO1234 as the email address and password so that your responses will not be used.
